Shipping policy

Orders ship out in 1–2 business days after payment. Peak holiday periods may need extra 2–3 days for processing.

All US shipments are sent via DDP (Duty Paid Delivery). All customs duties and import taxes are pre-paid by us, you will not receive any extra tax bill when receiving your smart lock.

Extra remote delivery surcharge applies for Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, price visible on checkout page.

Tracking number will be sent to your registered email once shipped. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking data to activate.

For damaged, lost or missing items, please email tenontech@gmail.com with your order number within 48 hours after delivery for solution. Incorrect address, customer refusal of delivery will result in return fees deducted from refunds.

We only ship to United States addresses at present.
